Small staffing firm has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Office
Assistant to provide daily administrative functions in recruitment and
payroll/accounting. This position is long term temporary. Work hours
are M-F, 20-25 hours a week, 12noon-5pm or 1pm-6pm.
Description:
- Responsible for managing all front desk functions including greeting
applicants, answering/directing calls in a timely manner, and handling
incoming/outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support in recruitment and payroll/accounting.
- Review employment applications for completeness. Create and maintain
employee files.
- Maintain and update of job requisition database, applicant database,
and activity book.
- Assist in creating and updating job postings on job boards and company
website.
- Perform general clerical duties that include but not limited to filing,
faxing, copying and data entry.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 2+ years previous experience as a receptionist/admin
in an office environment.
- Must be computer literate, detail-oriented, organized, flexible and
multi-tasking. Excellent customer service skills and communications
skills are required.

Executive
Administrative Asst., Fremont, Full-time Regular
Work closely and support the COO and his staff of VP's (world wide).
Maintain the workflow in his areas of responsibility during his absence.
Responsible for scheduling, preparing agenda and room set-up for regular
and special meeting events. Make administrative decisions based on knowledge
of company's organization, policies and personnel. Manage and maintain
current day-to-day database on each factories Capital Expenditure. Manage
and prepare weekly Metric reports which capture Cycle Time, Revenue,
On time delivery and inventory for each factory. Perform administrative
functions which include but are not limited to; travel arrangements,
expense reports, and correspondence.

Coordinator, Santa Clara, CA Temp to Hire (up to $17 an hour)
Contact supplier to expedite the delivery of needed goods/materials.
Coordinate the distribution of all shipping documents/instructions/returned
and repaired goods among freight forwarders, user groups and suppliers
for company projects. Solicit bids and purchases low value supplies/materials.
Prepare reports on shipping activities/status.
